A web app that runs the day-to-day of a busy auto workshop in Lahore, from the moment a car arrives to the moment the invoice is paid.

The problem
The workshop was tracking jobs on paper registers and WhatsApp. Job status was hard to follow, customer and vehicle history lived in people’s heads, and invoices took time to put together at the end of each job.
What it does
- Job cards: open a job when a vehicle arrives, assign it and track it through to delivery
- Customer and vehicle records: full service history for every car, searchable in seconds
- Invoicing: parts and labour added to the job become a clean, printable invoice
- Staff login: each employee signs in with their own account and sees what they need
- Works on any device: runs in the browser on a PC at the counter or a phone on the floor

The result
The workshop now runs from one screen instead of registers and chat threads. Staff know what is pending, owners can see what has been billed, and every car’s history is one search away. It is live and used daily by the workshop team.
