The problem
Committees are usually run from a notebook or a WhatsApp group. The organiser has to chase payments, keep track of the payout order and answer the same questions every month, and one missed entry can cause disputes.
What it does
- Committees and members: set up a committee with its amount, duration and members in a few clicks
- Payment tracking: mark each member’s monthly contribution and see who is still pending
- Payout schedule: a clear order of who receives the pot each month
- Records for everyone: a full history of payments and payouts, so there is no confusion later
- Works on any device: runs in the browser, no app install needed
